If he writes me a ticket, I can work with the informations more clearly then informations at forum. All tickets get solved. He is asking why he can't watch the video, probably because he didn't pass attestation.

I mean that everything on this site is difficult:
nominative credit card, pass attestation, scenes with no sound, blurry images, etc.
Than other sites, you are in a significant delay.
...it's just my opinion.
