Pretty much what it says in the title. I bought tickets, passed attestation, and I can't download high-level videos. Oh, but Pornbox is perfectly content to let me spend tickets on high-level scenes, I just can't download them.

What the fuck?

So what happens after you purchase the scene?

I exchange tickets for the scene, it shows up in my pornbox, but I can't actually download or stream it. So my tickets are gone (the balance is at 246 now) but I can't actually download what I paid for. I've tried both available resolutions. No dice.

(If it's relevant at all, the scene I bought is Anal Fisting Gapes Timea & Linda Sweet Porn SZ347... because of course it is. )

This is exactly why I held out on buying tickets for as long as I did. I knew there would be technical problems.

Ok, so let us say you hit the 'stream' button what happens? You get an error message or nothing or what?

Have you contacted Tim in support?

When I hit stream OR download, I get a pop-up box that says "High-level videos downloads denied. Please, contact support." So even though I passed attestation and the system accepted my tickets for the scene, I can't actually watch it.

I sent Tim a PM and posted this thread. (EDIT: And I just sent a complaint via support.) I anticipate that he will resolve the issue, because I know he's meant to be very helpful and thorough, but this is ridiculous that they're still having fundamental problems with the system so late in the life of the website.

Yeh, i have had that message before. I anticipate once he starts for the day your problem will be solved
