Problem after problem

Hello,

after days of trying to make the purchase and running into many problems with billing by GT Flix, I finally was able to subscribe to a month. NOW MY PORN BOX DOES NOT WORK!!! It gives me and error message and tells me to contact support. Well, I did and I was told it was fixed. BUT IT STILL IS NOT WORKING!!!!! I am a very unsatisfied American customer and am considering reporting this company to the BBB if this problem is not resolved. This is NOT how companies should be run. Very disappointed. I JUST WANT TO JERK OFF!!!

P.S.- I have been talking with Tim from ID CERT (probably not his real name, most likely some weird Russian or Indonesian person). HE IS HORRIBLE, AND LIES IN HIS EMAILS. REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU GET TIM.

Always found Tim to be really helpful myself.

Persevere with Tim and I am sure he will get you sorted, really :)
