Help! Error of authentication from another country

Im a new user, i purchase two scenes but when i try to download it i get the following error " Your account has restrictions for access to premium content because of authentication from another country. You can unblock account automatically or contact support to re-activate your account." How can i fix it?

Its weekend so might be a bit slow, but have you tried contacting their support, might be faster than here on forums.
