Ypu can find the scene on the Devilsfilm site but the people who run the site (famedollars i think), who are your only point of contact, maintain that 540p is the highest possible resolution the scene is available in. Clearly they are a bunch of lying cunts, SP were filming in high def at the time and these scenes must exist in high def, it is just that famedollars can't be arsed to go back and upgrade the myriad suoer scenes SP filmed for Devilsfilm.
Stupid really, I reckon a whole bunch of people here would sub for a month to grab those old scenes in 720

I already knew that it was a Devil's Film release, but I thought Sineplex simply licensed it to them. I also know that it was filmed in HD (it even says so on the DVD cover), but the site claims 540p is the highest possible res. I hate when site's do that. EvilAngel has many scenes like that, either 540p or 720p when they can really do 1080p.

It not only claims it on the site, i had an email exchange with them and they point blank claimed they couldn't upgrade the scene to 720p because that was the res the scene was filmed in. Total lying cuntishness on their part.

They have started to go back and upgrade some of the older University Gangbang movies to 720P, lets hope they do the same for some of the older Gangland scenes!

I wouldn't feel insulted, I worked as a customer service rep for a cable company years ago, and trust me, people that go into forums and do research, often know much more about the product than the company employees. That guy you contacted probably check the same website that you have access to, looked the scene and saw that only 540p version is available and has no clue of the production or any conditions of infrastructure that the company had when the scene was released. consider that internet bandwith used to be much more expensive than today.

I mean, you don't need to look to far to realize that money is behind everything, here the max resolution of movies is 720p and the pictures resolution are like 500 x 700, Odds are your mobile PHONE takes higher res video and pictures, lol.
It seems like the internet is still an expensive service around here.

I'm not justifying them, i'm just saying that's how that works.

I should add that the request was made only a year ago, after the famedollars run Devilsfilm sites already has many scenes available in 720p. I also mentioned to them in my original email that I knew the scenes were purchased from Sineplex who shot in HD at the time.
I agree, the rep may not have known but his response was to dismiss me with bullshit. Had he said "these are old scenes and we don't give a fuck" at least he would have been honest!

The problem with the likes of famedollars (I found the same thing wrt Evil Angel as well as Devilsfilm) is that it proves a barrier between the customers questions and complaints and the actual company.
