€ 9.37 for nothing - SOLVED

After I completed the form for paying 10 tickets - € 9.37 - by credit card, I received a text message from my bank confirming the operation.
But when I try to download a video file, I read "Not enough tickets, please buy membership" ......
On the left in the pornbox I read: "You have 0.0 tickets".............
Where are the 10 tickets I bought???
It's been 4 days and the problem has not been resolved.
I'm losing patience. At the moment this site is stealing me € 9.37.
What can I do?

Thank you very much! Finally appeared the 10 tickets. But now the problem is the Account attestation ...........
I click Pass Attestation..............
I read: Attestation generated and amount charged from your card..........
No sms arrived................
I go on the site of my online banking and I do not see anything from gtflix
What should a person do to use this website????
I'm not going to call my bank to talk about porn payments or transactions on strange websites.
I'm speechless ..................

You just need to ask what was the amount charged by gtfcharge.com, or wait until this transaction appears on your statement. With some banks it does take several days to be shown on their books.

I have a prepaid credit card. Every transaction is always signaled instantly ..
It seems to me that any transaction from or to gtfcharge.com is done invisibly. The money move but the transaction never appears ...
In fact, the € 9.37 transaction has not yet appeared...

You mean you're... you're having problems with the attestation procedure? No! I don't believe it!
Sarcasm aside, I still do not understand the necessity for this procedure that seems to cause problems for so many customers. In particular, makes prepaid cards risky to use because you can't be sure they'll work. I get that it is intended to combat credit card theft, and therefore to curb piracy, but you do realize that your content is still being pirated, yes? Don't you think attestation is a little too restrictive in light of that fact? It's literally the only thing holding me back from purchasing a membership at this point. The website has become much more organized and the technical problems, while clearly still present, are handled well by Tim and resolved in a timely manner. Attestation is the only thing holding me back, and I'm not alone, I'm just the only one who comes on here to bitch about it.

I understand that they must protect themselves but this site is malfunctioning.
I made the payment 6 days ago ... Still nothing ...
What should I do? Bring them money in hand? Accompanied by a relative who certify that I am who I am? I'm pissed off.

I did an experiment:
I have taken note of the balance of my card
I repeated the account attestation
I went back to check the card balance. It was the same as before.
So ... The procedure of Account attestation does not work!.
I want you to tell me how you intend to solve the problem. Now.

well i also have a prepaid credit card and i wanted to join a few mins ago, but decided to check the forum before joining.
i'm glad i've seen your thread so i don't waste money on nothing. i'll wait 'til your problem get resolved and then join.

You could use any other card to complete this procedure. Also, you could contact your bank representative and ask what was the amount charged to your prepaid card account by "gtfcharge.com". There should be a payment with value from 0.20 to 2.00.
If you'll be unable to pass attestation or in any time by your request we can revert tickets for inaccessible scenes or do refund.

Wow that is strange banking system are usually much more thorough that what happened with your account being charged but access not given. Usually the whole purchase event is transactional so any part that fails it corrects itself within 3 days by granting access, reimbursement or full payment withdrawn. Interesting! I wonder if you were charged that first time since you've been using a prepaid card. I do believe a simple change needs to be made to the ticket purchase page making a simple statement about attestation. Simply what it is and what type of credit card is needed or cannot be used. This will prevent the frustration that potential customers are experiencing with the site interaction. I know I was pissed but their was a couple of scenes I could not live with out so I used my normal credit card! LOL!

It took a bit of time ... but the problem is solved.
They also gave me 10 extra tickets for free.. I think to recover the inconvenience.
