cant even view pictures

I am logged in and when I click on pictures this is the message I get " Tickets are exchanged for full videos.Once purchased your videos are yours for life and remain available in your free Pornbox account. " despite the fact that I am already a member, whats wrong?

I'm glad is not only me! Submitted a ticket last night to support and was just about to ask if others where experiencing this problem.
