tryed 2 times to buy 10 tickets,DONT WORK,why am i not surpriced?all of a sudden my transaction is declined,WTF!!!!!

i complaine ,when there is something to complaine about,there is allways something that dont work on this site,if i will cansel a membership,it dont work,if i want to buy tickets ,it dont work,and right now when i typing this,i cant log in to the site,allways something.
