New ridiculus membership changes

Guys,

I've been a member with legalporn / sineplex since early 2012. I signed up for a yearly unlimited membership when I first signed up, and have been recurring this since then.

All of the sudden, 2 weeks ago, my account became dysfunctional. When I checked my membership area on the legalporn website I saw that my account was suspended for some reason.

After 2 weeks back and forth emailing of getting this working again, I received a message where they said they decided to discontinue all yearly unlimited memberships.

So how it stands now: my yearly unlimited membership was supposed to run till February 2014, this is what I paid for. But now they gave me a normal membership with a lousy 11.08 tickets to view scenes.

I can't watch shit now, I find it outrageous that they fuck their customers over like this. I paid for something, you can't just one sided decide to change the terms like this.

They should have the right to cancel your membership as long as they offer monetary compensation, depending on how your contract is phrased. I agree that the whole thing is kind of fishy and I'm surprised they didn't simply let unlimited memberships run their course before removing support for them. I understand that they wanted to get rid of them, but that's getting into murky legal waters.

Compensation pro-rate (including the period my account was dysfunctional) is the least they can do. It's still in bad faith to change terms one sided like that, unless a business as a whole is folding their entire operations.

The way handled this is extremely unstatisfying. I was a happy customer before, despite the many technical hiccups I had to cope with over the years (which I never received compenstation for either).

I want the remainder of my membership to be handled in a correct way.
