Hi, I have recently joined legalporno and I am receiving precisely this error when trying to download content via pornbox. I ended up at this forum via a suggestion from a happy user that posted on adult DVD talk. Not sure if you can help or at least point me in the right direction. I have gone through the proper process as well and notified support of the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I tried to download a scene I paid for now it wants a bank account number when the scene is already paid for? this is not right, why is everyone having the same problem?

Our security regulations require all customers to confirm ownership of card to be able to access high-level content.

I have the same problem. I paid by card, and I have 3D Secure on my card, when I was paying for subscription, system asked my password for 3DSecure, I successfully entered it.
