Quick to charge, but slow to respond to the customer.

I subscribed to a 2-day trial last Saturday. Once subscribed, I noticed that I could only access Pornbox and none of the videos I subscribed for were available. On Monday morning, before the two-day trial period was up, I tried to cancel my subscription, but I found it impossible to do it because the website does not provide clear instructions on how to do it. The only way I found was by clicking on the link they sent me in the email when I registered, which says the following: "If you didn't register on our site, please click on the following link to disable the account." With this, I thought my subscription had already been canceled, but what actually happened is that my account got blocked and I can't access it. Furthermore, they charged the full month's subscription to my bank account.

I have written to support twice and have not received a response from anyone. I would like you to provide me with a solution and refund me for the entire month. I don't understand how you can charge for an account that is blocked. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have not found any purchases on your account registered with this account.
And not any messages with the username meloinvento.

What was the username you have used to send the message?
Did you send an email to Support@pornbox.com?
I understand the issue, we can make a refund.

I still have the same problem; my account is still active, but since it's blocked, I can't access to cancel the subscription, and another €28 is going to be deducted from my bank account. My financial situation is very delicate, and I need all that money. I beg you to please provide a solution.

On neither account that is using this thread is any payment or active membership.

Do you have the email that comes with the membership purchase?

What username is on it?
If you dont, please contact us at support@pornbox.com with the transaction details - cardholder name and last 4 digits of your card.

Thank you Kpawn for your response. My pornworld account is blocked, and I had to create a profile on this forum to get in touch with you, that´s why you can´t find any payment or active membership under these usernames...

I won't provide my email address here for privacy and security reasons. I never had a username; I accessed the platform with my email and password, not a username.

I will send you the requested information for the refund (the email I used for subscription and the last 4 digits of my card) to the support email address you gave me, but please, can you assure me that you will respond to that email? I really need to find a solution to this problem. I can't afford to keep losing 28€ every month for a 2-day trial subscription that I couldn't even use. Thank you very much for your attention.

P.S. I just sent the email right now. The subject of the email is the same as the forum thread (Quick to charge, but slow to respond to the customer)

5 days since I sent the email and still no response. The end of the month is approaching, and you are going to charge me another €28 for a blocked account. The total amount i paid these months will be €84 for a 2-day trial subscription of €2 that I couldn't even use.

Refunded one of the two recurrings - your account is now active with the PornWorld membership active as well.

How would you like to proceed? Will you keep the membership/ do you want refund for the second recurring as well?

Thanks four your response Kpawn, I´ve already receive the first refund. I would like to receive the refund for the second recurring as well please. And please cancel any susbscription and close my account permanently so that this does not happen again. It has caused me a lot of stress to maintain this situation for so long, as my economic situation is not good right now. thanks a lot for your help.
