I have spoken to support about some major issues i am having.

I cannot download anything at all...either in my "my videos" or "purchased videos" sections. When i go to download something it just comes up as "error" and then i can't download anything at all.

Also all the scenes i bought on October 26th haven't registered and it looks like i have to re-pay for them again if i want them.

To say i take umbrage with all of this is an understatement, so if you could get someone to look into this for me i would really appreciate it.
