I'm a meber and I reloaded my tickets.

You write on your website "Reload of tickets for Plan 90 days 120 TKT €74.95"

But I paid €105 Euro at SegPay/Paypal!!!

Can you fix this or at least update the correct price! ... currently it is a fraud for all fair/legal members!

.. if you compensate me with additional 50 TKT for the difference I paid (30€) then it's fine for me too.

Is not a fraud. Simply the price showed has not included the taxes, something that is completely LEGAL, they have a base price and you can see how much cost each option, each costumer, based on where they live, will have a different % to apply to that cost.

(if you have a membership active, these prices showed will have already included a 20% of discount, it seems your case because the prices are the same that the interface shows me, if not, the prices would be a 20% more expensive)

Simply each country have their own %, i mean, you need take that price and apply the taxes of your country (if not you would evading taxes, something that is ilegal), also there are another extra % to apply if you use paypal, if you use a debit/credit card to pay there are not that % extra as paypal has, only the % of your country.

I repit, is not ilegal or a fraud what happened to you, you can use a debit card and, when you finish your purchase, just go to the gtfcharge.com, make login and remove the saved card.

Price given doenst include VAT.
But the price you payed was higher than VAT even in Germany I think.
Maybe there is a PayPal added price?

Anyway, its no fraud, but I think it would be much fairer if LP would at least add a netto sign or tell openly that prices are given without VAT.

75 € * 1,19 (tax in germany is 19%) = 89,25 €.

89,25 * 1,20 (20% for whatever) = ~105€

So what are the 20%? Was my membership not considered?

The 20% extra is the PayPal fee and it's always there when you buy Tokens here. That's the Reason I always use my Credit Card to buy Tokens.There is also a warning when you choose PayPal as Payment Method. Btw I don't understand what the problem is. Paypal showed you the price and you still clicked purchase instead of backing out? And now you want a compensation for the fact that you can't read?

You explained perfectly how have been applied the different VAT

The first one is from your country (19%), the second one is for having chosen paypal as a payment method, if you had used a debit/credit card, that 20% extra would not have been applied.

I have doubts that AV gonna give you any kind of compensation, just learn for this experience and don't use paypal if you don't want pay an extra VAT.

I'm going to show you a collage of different posts in the forum about paypal and how some publications talked of how much expensive is use this payment method, including an screenshot from the admin of the site verifying that paypal takes huge cuts (in porn sites), i guess that they don't like to much appear in porn sites, so their conditions are apply huge % in comparission to other kind of sites. Including 2 rules of the "terms and conditions" of AV.

Coming with big accusations like being a fraud and demanding compensation twice, and then after people explained it to the guy, not even a single mea culpa or apologies. Gotta love these kids' poor manners these days. Kopoun definitely needs a pay raise....
