If i am paying for the content how come i can not download content? that is how i view the content because of download data and speed.
What am I not understanding? How come i can not watch the videos i am paying for. Are subscriptions just for streaming only? Something is not right?

Hi - I’m having trouble streaming anything at the moment - only in the last 48hrs. Have been travelling as well - has my access been throttled for some reason? It’s only this site that seems to be an issue for me…

I have found nothing wrong with your account. We do not throttle download speeds.

It might just be a bad connection? If you are somewhere far, it might take a while to reach our servers

Yeah some memberships are scenes limited also. I did not see that at first but it is what it is.
