all previous purchased ggg videos are no longer shown in my library.

I saw that ggg was dropped, but I used to be able to filter my library by oldest to find them.
Please can this be resolved?

Yes, yours was refunded as well.
There are some bonus tickets added for the trouble.

The scenes I purchased were 9tkt each, and I had 15-20.

I was only given a 20tkt refund. How much are you refunding per scene deleted, if there are "bonus Tickets" too?

The bonus is 12 tickets.

I have only located one GGG scene on your account, however that might be incorrect.
I am waiting for the full list of GGG scenes to make the correct refund.

I have received a list of GGG videos, but there is no way for me to check which ones you had, there are more than a thousand videos.

If they did not have GGG in their name, I cannot find them at the moment.

Are the scenes truly gone or do you have them backed up somewhere?

I would much prefer to be able to download 5-6 of my favourites and forego the rest (~25 scenes) than a refund of ~270 tickets for all the scenes lost!
I.e. Those favourites are worth more to me than any refund…

It’s not my preferred solution as I really liked those scenes and would have downloaded them if I’d known they were at risk.
Still curious to know whether this is related to the disagreement xxx had with John Thompson or just a technical error.

If any other GGG fans know where to go to replace lost favourites, please let me know!
Especially scenes with Susi, Susanne, Jessy and Sabrina

I lost my videos. Don't know the amount, but I think there where 2 pages when I searched for in my library. I was / am a big fan of this videos....

I also had many GGG scenes.
Extremely disappointed that they were removed, especially without some notice so I could try to save them.
Please can I be refunded too?

I also had several GGG scenes for which I would like a refund. Like many, I no longer have them in my personal library, so I'm not exactly sure how many I no longer have access to. I know there were two with the model 'Anni', and I think I had several with Chessie Kay, Francys Belle, Nicole Love, and Ria Sunn as well.

Agreed that these should have been automatically refunded.
