Yesterday I purchased '(Wet) 29 loads, Cum in Mouth, Lilit Sweet, Marina Gold, Bukkake, 5on1, BBC, Pee drink, DP, Swallow' and found there is no 4K version for some reason even though it is a very recent release. I only download 4K scenes so I am shocked to see this scene cost 14 tickets with no 4k available.

I have purchased over 1200 scenes in my pornbox and have never asked for a refund before, so I think this is warranted, unless a 4K version will be available soon?

I started a chat with pornbox support a few minutes after buying the scene but have not heard anything back yet.

Any response from admin? I think this is a reasonable request considering how much money I have spent here.

Interesting that you could chat with PB support, because in my case it doenst work at all that chat.

I asked for this chat thing to be fixed as well as 2 refunds because of wet/dry double charge problem. 1 refund (the cheeper scene) I got, thanks, 2nd wet/dry double charged scene not and chat option also not resolved yet.

Give them time, I am sure they are swamped with requests for support and customer service, and the number of people working to resolve these matters are fairly limited.

The scene has been refunded.

I am checking if it is on purpose, or a mistake, that there is no 4K.

Thank you Kapwn! I thought it was odd not having a 4k version available too, perhaps an oversight.

shark1, I think I've seen this scene released twice. 1 had actually a 4K version.
Studio PL has a very strange release policy.

Yeah that's very weird, I'm sure there is a 4k version, perhaps just an oversight. I would definitely be willing to purchase the scene again if a 4k version got uploaded.
