Btw, also I dont understand why this problem happens again and again for last few months? Wouldnt be easier to solve instead of every single time support has to invest time to check and refund again and again and again with many users?

Btw, there is a strange bug with wet/dry imho. Just bought GIO1960 wet, and than wanted to add dry version for 0tkt to my library but there ticket price is still full, but $ price is much lower indeed, as if 1kt would convert only to 0,3tkt (when in reality it is about 0,9tkt now). Maybe you want also to have a look into this bug - in order to solve problem more systematically.
