Got double-charged for wet/dry scenes

March 8th after re-loading with 120 tkt option and buying 11 DAP scenes I got double charged at least twice for wet/dry scenes. Its about 15tkt too much. It happened at a stage when shopping system didnt deduct spent tkts anymore, must have been a bug. Than next morning left tkt number was just too low.
Can you please have a look into that issue!

Thanks! Yes, there it was, both mails.
I counted by logging out to get the original scene prices, but I still dont count the same amount. Difference is only a bit over 6tkt, though, thus 7%. Not a big deal, but I still dont understand.

Btw, can't be a wet/dry double-charge since wet DAP isn't that cheap.
Really dont know what happened. Its really not a big deal, though.

It can rarely happen, but I have manually checked your history and you were not double charged for any wet/dry content.
