+1 approximately 1 in 3 of the files I download (especially 4K) are corrupted. What is going on with that?!

still download errors which lead to corrupted files. When will this be fixed?

Thought it was just me and my internet. Same problem. Downloads take forever then after they're finally done they stop playing 3/4 of the way through.

Just spent a literal hour downloading SZ2812 4K (without any network errors, btw) only to have the video stop 34 minutes in. Luckily I check for these things now

Trying to download the 1080p and it jumps between 30 minutes to 8 hours. For a 4 GB file. Kind of absurd, guys

Issue is still not fixed. I have to download every file at least two times or more. What do you mean with "soon"? Considering the premium price policy here, this is ridiculous and not acceptable. Fire those devs and get some professionals!!!

I have the same problem. Downloads are extremely slow, and most of the time when it finally finished the file was corrupted. The streaming videos are also very slow and will stop many times when watching. Overall, my membership is almost unusable right now. They should refund us for this because I clearly don't have access for what I've paid for.

Hello,

I have spoken to the technicians and they are working on upgrading our infrastructure.

This is a complicated process where we do not want to turn off the system (obviously) and at the same time we have to change a few things.

This upgrade should come in a matter of 1-2 weeks, so hopefully we will get full downloads to everybody soon!

Set something good to download.
