Hi - something weird seems to be going on, where I can no longer download any videos. I've tried a couple in my library, and tried restarting my computer, but no difference - after about two minutes the download stops and can't be restarted. My internet is otherwise working fine.

Anyone else, or is this issue just affecting me?

Same here. Sometimes I'm able to, but then downloads just stop working, and even streaming videos won't load.

I saw there was some maintenance on the forum earlier, so maybe it's all related and there is some site work going on? The closest I managed to get to completing a download earlier was about 7GB into an 11GB scene - to get that far I had to restart the download about two dozen times, but it flat out refused to get any further than that.

Similar issue. Bought two scenes, and downloaded the HD versions. The downloads completed without interruption, but both files were corrupted. Had to download them a second time to get the working files.

New user with the exact same issue as previously described. (Can’t download the scenes I’ve paid for.)

Is there a workaround? Is this temporary or the general state of the website?

Most importantly is the support team (assuming it exists) aware of and/or working on this issue?

The site was almost unusable a few days ago, but it's getting more stable, although still having way more download issues than normal.

Sometimes it works fine, but more often than not it plays out like this:
[list=]Download gets somewhere between 1-10% complete and then fails due to a "Network Error" (this is not an issue with my internet; I haven't had any interruption while browsing other sites, and have even had downloads from other sites going in parallel with no issue
Then I resume the download, and it will complete another 20% or so before failing due to another network error
Repeat this process however many times until the download completes
Once it completes, the file is incomplete and the video goes black at a certain point (though VLC is still able to scroll through the entire duration)
Re-download the video, and it will download quickly with no interruptions, and the file is complete[/list]

Bought another two scenes today. One download gave no issues but with the other one the same thing happened: download completed without issues but the file is corrupted. Had to download a second time to get a working file.

It is starting to get frustrating.
Keep getting corrupted downloads, after like 5-10 times redownloading I sometimes manage to get a correct download.

I am waiting for the developers to update me on this issue.

yes, i had to download the same video a few times just to get a complete download. their server seems unstable for a week now. it really bothers a lot since usually i download large 4k file only to find it corrupt and unplayable.

My downloads seem to be working OK again, at the moment anyway.

Uh, I may have spoken too soon. Now it's not letting me download the Xmas Gonzo scene (SZ2788). Managed to download the photogallery, but when I try downloading either the main scene in 4K or the bonus in HD, absolutely nothing happens.

The Issue remians. In fact any new video brought cannot be downloaded as it keeps showing "Session expired.... Reloading" and this loop continues.

Almost every 4k file I download is corrupted because of an interruption at the very end of a download

Same problem for me. Downloaded videos are mostly broken or are only partially playable and then end abruptly.

Mine currently seems to be working again over the past couple of days (I'm using Microsoft Edge browser by the way).

NO THE FILES HAVE TO BE DOWNLOADED ON THREE ATTEMPTS.

FIRST 2 ARE CURRUPT. 3RD TIME HOPE FOR LUCK.

It’s working on and off. Yesterday for example there were no issues when downloading a scene. Today the first download completed but the file is corrupted. Took me three tries to get a working file.
