cancel renewal problem
Posted: Thu Sep 30, 2021 8:51 amcould not figure out how to cancel renewal so i clicked on the support link at the bottom of the webpage and stated i need to cancel. got an automated email response with a link to something called zendesk or idcert that required a login i don't have. after 2 days of filing support tickets i realized that you need to click on the renewal date!?! to get to a cancel option. this is at best bad interface divine. at worst intentional obfuscation. i would iike a refund for the month i was trying to cancel. thank you
