downloaded videos not playing properly

I downloaded one 4K video and it's not playing properly (my first video since I just joined today). If I skip to another part of the video, the video freezes permanently. And if I let the video play through, it stops at about the 2-minute mark and freezes. Tried with VLC Player and Windows Media Player. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

edit: I downloaded a second 4k video and that second one works fine. The issue still persists with the first video however. The first video is: "Kristy Black & Blanche Bradburry : big butts Vs DAP team SZ2324"
