Don’t know where you are located, but this forum is based in Europe. If you open a topic late Sunday evening, do you really expect them to reply to a question during the night?
Besides that, I have no idea what you mean with your question.

Unless there is something weird with your account - just go to the 'Library' page on Pornbox where the videos you purchased are stored, and click on the box marked 'download'. Simple as that.

I think you are referring to the security question a new user have to agree to.

I think we have dealt with this via the mail, but if not you can send the screenshot with the answers to our support.. or here
