My account was supposed to reload my tickets yesterday October 3rd (the monthly 42) but for whatever reason the day on my account changed to the 10th and I have very few tickets, I don't want to buy more

The account drop-down menu has me listed as a member to be renewed on the 10th and I can do the "35 ticket reload" but if I click membership it says I don't have a recurring membership. I don't have access to the 20% ticket discount, which apparently expired October 2nd, the day before I was supposed to get my full 42 tickets. So technically not a member but I can't buy a monthly subscription, I can only buy the ticket reload for 7 less tickets (aka a whole scene these days)

What happened is your payment did not happen for the membership for some reason I do not want to disclose publicly.

So your membership has been prolonged until the 10th where you will be attempted to be billed again.

I figured it was something along those lines but it kinda stinks that I have to wait a whole week. Oh well, I guess. Hope it's a slow week.

My bank stopped the transaction for being "suspicious" and now the membership date is pushed back till the 17th

Is it possible for you guys to just make my account inactive so I can make the transaction myself?

It still tells me there's nothing to cancel, I don't have discount tickets, and I really don't want to have to wait a whole other week before this happens again
