How do you cancel the recurring Reload TKT 30 day plan?

Reload of tickets is not a recurring transaction.
Membership can be cancelled by clicking on the expiry date at pornbox.com members area.

Hi,
When I do that it goes to a blank screen with some text that says
"User not authenticated"
What does this mean and how can I solve it?
