Me free tkt no longer increasing

Hi,

My free tickets have stopped increasing. I had an issue with the bank denying the transaction and the membership was canceled without me asking for it to be canceled. I've renewed, but since then I no longer get new free tickets like it is a brand new membership. Since I didn't cancel it on my own and I can't control what the bank does I would like to get the benefits of my old membership back.
