Session expired

I subscribed to your website for the first time. However, whenever I try to download a video, I get a "session expired" error. I am trying to do things legally by buying your stuff but it is very frustrating when I can't access the content which I paid for. Please assist! My username starts with cozinsky. I am not using any VPN servers.
