When I visit scene request/suggest I get a http error for it not being able to handle the request right now. Anyone else having issues?

When bother? It's basically an orphaned feature anyway.
Have any scenes requests actually been shot? I don't think so.

Considering they cant6shoot everything word for word as described due to model safety or what have you or just some of them being out of the game. Some scenes have been close to what was asked.

I thought the same, but just yesterday I think a poster here claimed an Alexa Flexy scene had been shot exactly the way he requested in that feature.
I have to confess, I skipped it right away and rather posted here some ideas.
This said for a long time I visited it to check some trends.
