I just reactivate my account by taking a monthly subscription.J have received premium tikets but not free.I do not understand why ... Can you help me?

Hi,
we do not distribute free tkts anymore. You are receiving more premium tickets now.

If you remember I was cancelled from my free ticket subscription when my credit card was cancelled. Although I replaced it days before the rollover date and I asked you to reinstate the subscription I found on rollover day that it wasn't reinstated. However when I clicked the Join button, the splash screen for the new sub said I would have free tickets but I now I see I am not getting them any more. Now I'm a member again I can't get the splash screen back to check exactly what it said but it definitely said something about access to Free Tickets.
Can you clarify this please?
