I'm unable to download some of the videos I already paid for unfortunately. I have left two emails to the support team, but no one got back to me yet.

Actually, I can't even get to the download page. It's asking me to pay for those videos in the first place.

We are currently dealing with it, the videos should be activated for you soon.
