2nd attempt to kick me out of the free ticket scheme?

LP stopped the free ticket allocation for new members and offered a premium ticket upgrade plan of +20% for those old members who resigned of getting free tickets.

But not all of them did resign of free tkt allocation!
I am one of them.
I prefer to get 40tkt/mt only & 1 free ticket each day (old plan)

Now its the 2nd time I am kicked out of recurring (old) membership plan because allegedly
your membership failed to recurr. Please purchase a membership again if you want to continue being with us.


WTF???!!!! :mad: :(

Can somebody please explain me that?
Credit card is ok, funds there.

Last time in Nov 2028 LP claimed it was a bug and put me eventually back to my old plan and after a longer fight also added all due free tickets.
This time Mr. Kapoun didnt even answer my mail. :(
Is it new LP policy with year long loyal clients?

Your card failed to recurr.

Send a support message again, you can buy the membership and we will switch you to free tkts.

Btw, dont want a membership break at all. I was a member for years and I want it to stay that way, not with a 1 week break in-between!

We had to charge you again, as I said, there was a recurring that failed. (we were charging wrong card)

Its not my fault you tried to charge the wrong card.
Cant you set my membership back as if there was no break at all just from Feb 22nd and allocate me the 6 missing free tickets?
...and than set the due payment for next recurring membership 90 days from Feb 22nd & encode the right card this time of course.

We cannot. Your new cycle is from the day of the charge now.

There should be the right card now.

If nobody in the future claims I want get free tickets anymore because I seemingly cancelled and than re-newed my subscription its ok as it is.
Just please nobody try to do that! Because as I stared I want the old membership with free tickets and that one recurring until me I cancel - and not you. Clear enough?
