Still waiting for the refund of the double transaction
Posted: Wed Feb 06, 2019 6:31 amAfter the problem of the double transactions I can't see the refund yet so please do something... The system took me 26,13€ 2 times for only 35 tickets
All refunds were done. The process can take from 1 up to 7 work days.
When this time left and money still does not return back - let us know, we will contact billing gateway to investigate.
