Newbie Question: How does the site work?

I'm a new registered user, but I have not yet paid for membership because I'm not sure how the site works.
Can anyone tell me where can I find an explanation of exactly how the site works? For example, I understand that membership is $US29.90/month, but I can't find any info that tells me what that buys. I assume that it buys some number of tickets that I can use to purchase scenes, but if so, how many tickets do I get per month? Also, I can't find how many tickets it costs to buy a particular scene ... where do I find that info? And if I need extra tickets, how do I buy more and how much do they cost? And I don't understand the difference between "free tickets" and "premium tickets.
