Today I changed my password through the "lost your password" option on your login window. Now to my disappointment, when I login to LP and look at my membership / premium ticket status I notice you've REMOVED ALL PREMIUM TICKETS AND all FREE TICKETS from my account. Additionally -- nearly all of the hundreds of PREMIUM videos I've purchased and stored in the Pornbox file manager have apparently been lost or removed -- at this point I have ZERO access in Pornbox to all the PREMIUM CONTENT for which I have paid a considerable amount of cash to acquire.
With all due respect, I'm not by any means accusing anyone in your company of any negative behavior -- as a loyal consistent 3-month plan member for several years, all I'm requesting is that my account be entirely restored intact back to the original condition as it was prior to the "password change".
As you'll clearly notice when you check your database/records, I know that my 3-month plan membership account was set to re-bill on December 10th ----- and I know that as of 11/29/2018 I still had approximately 50 premium tickets (more or less) and approximately 75 free tickets (more or less) remaining that you'll need to add back to my account.
Please correct these outstanding errors and send a confirmation e-mail at the earliest possible opportunity.
