I submitted a ticket to support 5 days ago and have not heard anything. My username is vvvv84 , and when I try to login I'm asked to use Google Authenticator App or SMS. I have not registered either option to this site and I don't know why my account is suddenly locked. Can someone assist?

So it has been 9 days now. What is the normal handling time for reopening closed accounts?
