Where are these extra tickets?

I have now just reloaded my account for a fresh batch 9f 120 tickets and I STILL got just 120 tickets. I had been told we would be getting an extra 20%.
If the extra tickets will not apply to reloads then it makes sense for me to run two monthly subscriptions on seperate accounts rather than reload, which is just a silly thing to have to do.
Reloads need to move to 144 tickets to reflect the change.
