Image file formats on the forum

and usually they are in gif format.
today I was trying to post a gif that was 54 mb in size, about a 20'ish second clip
but I couldn't, then I tried to slim it down by making the color grey scale, which worked and it turned out to 38 mb
but that was still too big and the forum didn't allow it.
here is the thing tho, that same clip, in mp4 format uses only 1.4 mb
So I think it would be a welcome change, that you, also allow us to upload mp4's
It would save you a ton of bandwidth because instead of streaming hundreds of times gifs that are 10-20 mbs
it would be gifs that weigh 1-2 mbs.
