Oddly enough they play fine streaming from the pornbox but when you download and use either Windows Media player or Windows Movie for Windows 10 the aspect isnt correct and appears almost like watching an old CRT TV. Please fix this. I sent a ticket in but was told by Petr to post in the support forum.

Its been almost a week an no one has responded to this? LP's customer service as really gone down hill. They have not responded to an email I sent 2 weeks ago also. I replied a few times to check and no response.

I use VLC also. It doesn't make a difference in this case. The aspects are off for the HD videos. Their aspects are like the old Sineplex Classic stuff when they shouldn't be.

Has anyone checked the status of these videos? I have never heard back and its been almost 2 months.

Still no updates? Really? Customer support has really gone in the toilet at LP! I complained about this in May and now its August and nothing!

I have tested it on my pc and the aspect is ok.

Yeah I redownloaded them in the last few months for the HD versions as I got a new laptop. The aspects seemed stretched out. Like 4:3.
