For that sweet AA girl it already didn't work anymore.

I wanted to watch the new Sony Smile Dp but get an error message , then I tried to see the older movies in my box ... same problem .
When I browse over the clips however , I get to see the trailers ....

I want to see my Sony Smile clip !!!

This is supposed to be the hour with most traffic ( new vids ) and no one from the support is there ?
We´ve had a similar situation some months ago ( midnight ) and I remember that there was one person from the staff getting things into order quickly ....
