Request #65585 has been outstanding for about 2 months.

I have updated it with the following.

"Been unable to access my PornBox for over 2 months. Same error, copied from website - "Sorry. We were unable to login you into your PornBox account." Please can this be fixed, I have over 200 tickets that I can't use. "

Can this be prioritized for a fix?
