"Notify me when a reply is posted" Still Unavailable

It has been 3 months now and the "Notify me when a reply is posted" option is still not working for me. I posted a support issue and had NO idea a response was posted amongst other threads.

Am I the only one??

You are not alone. I get notifications on a few threads but not on most I'm subscribed too. Very hit and miss with no logic to any of it I can see.
