Since June 29th I can't download or play my recent purchases. I get a popup window saying "error" "please try again later" and the only option is to click on a "continue" button.
I've sent 2 support requests since (#61278 and #61386) and not even received an answer to them.
Legalporno, you already have my money which I spent for the tickets.
Please fix this problem and answer support requests in a professional way.
