PORNBOX issue

For the last couple of days only my 'free ticket' videos have been accessible in my pornbox. All my 'premium ticket' videos have disappeared. Is this just me and can I have them back please!

Hi, Thanks for at least trying to sort, but unfortunately I still cannot access premiumn ticket videos. Only the free ticket ones appear in the normal Pornbox listing.
