Support Sucks Like Like The Web Site

Cancel my subscription to Legal Porno. I no longer want to be subscribed to a web site that doesn't function.
I contacted support and they refer me to a web site where everyone is complaining about the same issues with the extremely slow videos downloads.

To clarify this situation: I refered you to this forum, to the topic about the problem you were talking about.
I do not know if you did not read the whole forum post, but there is an explanation to said problem along with few solutions that works for now.

download speed is 20th century, then connection is cut off completely and support is non-existent. this is immediately after I renewed subscription. they ripped me off

This has been a problem since I joined many many years ago. There has been several threads pointing out thia issue. They always either say nothing, or "we are working on it". Yeah fucking right. Why dont you take some of that money we give you and invest in aome new servers instead of inveating in ridiculously expensive 10 on 1 gangbang scenes that I cant even download or stream anyways. It a fucking joke.

They did something to speed things up quite significantly a few days ago. I was getting speeds from 180 kb to 1 mb/s earlier this year.
It's still a bit of a roller coaster at the moment because sometimes you get 3 mb/s and sometimes 16 mb/s (while downloading with IDM I must say).
So there is still work to be done.
