can't download videos and website wont load properly

Downloading is coming up with error message. Sad.

Same here, just started to get the error when DL of videos, can DL the photo zips was ok before 9:30 pm

Hi, there was an issue in the early morning that prohibited downloading of videos.

It's fixed now and site should be working without issues.

Using Chrome 56 and trailer page keeps disappearing before you can view video trailers. Weird!

Videos take a very long time (between four and 24 hours) to download for me. I've had this problem since I joined a site a few weeks ago. I know it's not my connection because I've downloaded videos of similar sizes from other websites and they only take between 20 to 40 minutes to download. Can you guys fix this?

I hope for soon arrival of those improvments. I miss 1080 streaming option.

We do have 1080 streaming, but not for all scenes. Older ones do not have this resolution as they were shot in lower quality.
