What does his mean? Can I get 50% discount on the exchange or on the ticket purchase?

It means that if you buy a scene for tickets instead of direct purchase for money, the scene can be up to 50% discounted as opposite to the direct purchase.

So, does that mean the discount is RANDOM?

Here is my experience from a few minutes ago.

This scene was released and I purchased it.

Here is the screenshot before buying:



Notice how the scene is being offered for 2.6 tkt and I had 39.1 tkt available.
Also notice that the purchase button mentions "Up to 50% Discount"

And this happened AFTER clicking the purchase button:



My tkt went down to 36.5 left. If you do the math (39.1 - 2.6 = 36.5) there was no discount at all.
Because 2.6 times 0.5 = 1.3

1.3 should be the price if there was an actual 50% discount. So my remaining tkt after the transaction should be 37.8

37.8 is different to 36.5

So, false advertisement.

The discount is if you transfer every ticket into money and then compare it versus buying the scene as direct purchase for money.

Yes, presumably it means buying scenes with tickets is up to 50% cheaper than buying scenes with cash. Exact percentage would depend on the price you paid for your tickets.

The maths still doesn't quite work out though because taking your example above, you can get 2.6 premium tickets for 1.83 US dollars when you buy 250 tickets which would actually give you a 53% reduction on the 3.90 US dollars that particular scene would cost if you pay with cash
