Pictures not working?

If I click on galleries the thumbnails show but I cannot then click on any pictures - even sets I have fully paid for. Please fix.

HELP!!!!!!!!
Same here, I just buy 1 month subscription, Then when I check on the webpages for videos that I purchased there no tick and also the galleries can't be previewed.
