Lost tickets

Your tickets are not lost. We have been regularly under attack in the past few weeks which caused some servers problems. This is not a hack. Your ticket balance will be restored soon. We are also working on a permanent fix to this problem.

We will be giving out 3 premium tickets to everyone affected as a compensation for the inconvenience.

Just want to confirm that the tickets have been restored already!

I feel the duty to say that, in my case, I think that more than 3 bonus tickets have been added... I don't know if that was a bug or deliberate (in which case thanks!)...
I did not take note explicitly of how many premium/free tickets I had before the problem occurred, so I'm not 100% certain, but I feel that I got a bit more than 3 bonus tickets :)

I don't know how that could have happened... maybe there's a connection with the fact that, thanks to the captcha on the support form malfunctioning (giving always 'wrong code' and no acknowledge of successfull posting), one ended up sending multiple support requests without realizing it... I know that this morning I got *twelve* request received acknowledgements in my mailbox...
