Would you please return the 45 premium tickets I was charged for trying to download RS095. It took 45 tickets out of my account and I never got the download.

I lost 10 tickets and still cant download the scene. LP, when can we expect this to get resolved?

I have lost 25 tickets from trying to download this scene so far. I have tried refreshing my account a few times and each time it goes lower.

Please help me get my tickets back

Some problem for me: I lost about 20 regular tickets trying to dwl GIO085 and maybe around 30 free tickets while trying to dwl SZ607...

In addition, the contact form on the support page is broken: I keep getting code failed from the captcha whatever I do..

I lost about 25 free tickets, and about 20 premium tickets too. Same problem with the code captcha

Trouble is that LP tends to respond only very slowly to messages at the weekend, if at all.
Could be Monday by the time they start to address the problem.

Whoever is behind this is launching their attacks on Friday evening and week-end on purpose. However our guys are working on it today anyway.
