Download Problem after buy tickets

When I buy news tickets, I have always the same problem : I can't download the videos.
After the problem is solved by a support person...
But if I buy others tickets the problem come always...
What can I do ?

Usually the system blocks you automatically - different name on CC? Prepaid cards etc...
You should be able to unblock yourself through sms or mail though.

Still problems with site and taking credits without receiving ability to download.
The system owes me 16 credits.

I'm having the same problem, been charged 3x now for the new kirschleyswoon scene, and it still says I haven't payed for it. Please fix
